However, this class was run at such a great pace, I was able to both keep up with what Laura showed us on the projector AND do the exercise myself on my computer. I usually hesitate to take group classes out of fear of getting lost as I follow what the teacher is showing us on the projector and taking notes or do the exercise on my own computer. Laura was attentive to where each student was in the exercise and didn’t hesitate to come to each of us and guide us into the right spot.
